I put in a license request last weekend and sent a couple e-mails as well. No response this week, is anyone home?
 
It could take some time :) Don't know if they are in this week, but through forum they don't response normaly on these topics.
 
I just read on the website that they normally respond to e-mails within 45 minutes and I haven't had one all week, so I was a little dissapointed. I'm still anxious to get DirectAdmin up and running, though. I've heard lots of great things about it!
 
Normaly they response fast, but not within 45 minutes ;) It's a little higher than that ;)

Don't know how fast sales responds :)
