Hello,

Is it possible to disable eMail quotas, but not disabled the ftp quota ? How?

Hello,

Where do you want to disabled it from? Do I understand you right, that you want Directadmin not count size of /home/a100186/Maildir/ and /home/a100186/imap/? Or what?

If I create new site and I set 500Mb of disk space for this new site and then I create [email protected] email and set unlimited space for email.

If [email protected] receive email two emails with size 250Mb, they get email with overquota. I want to limit with 500Mb only for files (FTP), not for emails. I want unlimited Mb for emails within this new site.

Yeah that's not how it works. If they are using 500mb its going to count against their quota period.

No it is not. Everything owned by the user is counted against your quota.

Is possible to do somehow to remove email quotas from site quota?

You might want to try to move email storage to another server, or into MySQL database. But this is not supported by default by Directadmin.

Hello,

One simple solution is to put email on a separate partition.
Quotas are controlled on a per-partition basis, so each partition can have different limits for the same uid values.
Simply link the /home/user/imap -> /other/user/imap, or something like that.
The /other partition can have no quotas, or different quotas, whatever you want.

John
