DBD issues

I'm trying to install DBI and DBD. DBI installed fine, DBD gives me errors:

mysql.xs:100: error: too few arguments to function `mysql_shutdown'
make: *** [mysql.o] Error 1

Any suggestions?

ok I just went to 2.9004 version and it installs fine.

I did this:

But just changed the version number in my wget and tar to the version above.
