can't send email via send mail php function
and exim don't start :

exim Process is stopped Start Stop Restart Reload

000000061 The service 'exim' on server myquickshare.info is currently down Today at 14:14

I already try to relaunch it by clicking but its falling !!!

Well the reason mail() isn't working is because exim isn't running. Get exim running first.

I'm not going to list all possible causes and solutions since I haven't the slightest clue with the provided information. You will have to do some of the work.
