How can I remove the default SSL (Snakeoil) Cert

By default, when DA is installed there is a SSL Cert installed on the server. The company name is Snakeoil and of course it is expired. We do not use SSL on any of our shared hosting and would like to remove this cert so that if someone types in https://theirdomain.com or https://www.theirdomain.com they do not see the cert. What would be ideal would be for them to get an error about SSL not being installed. How can we remove this cert from the server.

Just so that you know, we do not have SSL allowed /installed on any of the domains in questions nor do we have SSL installed / allowed even on our main site.

Secure HTTP connection can't work w/o SSL certificate, so your best bet would be to disable secure connections altogether.
