Spamassassin Scoring

I have just installed nobaloney's exim.conf and spamassassin on a new server. The spam scores seem low to me. How long does it take for the bayes filters to increase the scoring, or should I manually change some values?

e.g. I made a few super spammy messages like:

Buy Viagra online for cheap. Any meds you need, all online all the time. Visit our online shop for all your viagra and porn needs: http://29.39.00.00/

Best sex ever! Porn, women, sex, video, orgy! Viagra MUST HAVE NOW. BUY IT NOW!

And got scores of:

No, score=3.8 required=5.0 tests=AWL,DRUGS_ERECTILE, DRUG_ED_ONLINE,FROM_ENDS_IN_NUMS,FROM_WEBMAIL_END_NUMS6, NORMAL_HTTP_TO_IP,SUBJECT_DRUG_GAP_VIA autolearn=no version=3.0.4

There are other actual spam examples that are exhibiting the same behavior. I would like a message, like the one above, to have a higher score than 3.8

You can write your own spam rules you add in somefile.cf in etc/mail/spamassassin

Specific to Direct Admin, will etc/mail/spamassassin work for all users or will /home/username/.spamassassin/user_pref have to be changed for every single user?

This is not specific to DA, this is SA !

but you can make user specific spam rules in /home/user/
