Proxy ?!!!!

hi,

I have apache 2.2 on a fc. Since yesterday I have a strange problem.
When i go on a website, or launch phpmyadmin, i have this message in log :

I assume I didn't change anything in my configuration, and didn't install i think this proxy, b the past i never hear something about proxy on apache on my server.

If you have some ideas ... thanks for your help

see with whose have root or can manage php script...
