Hi

We have a customer that has their email sent to their own server using smtp instead of using pop/imap on our DA server.

That works fine for all email coming from outside as the only mx record points directly to their server.

However, mail generated on the DA server is sent into the default pop3 mailbox and is not forwarded on as it should be.

How do I correct this please?

enable DNS control on for the user of the domain. Then login as the user and Click on MX Records under the email header I think. Uncheck the box under the header that says something about Local Mail Delivery or Local Mail Server. I can't remember exactly off of the top of my head but that should be enough to do it.

You could also remove the domain from your local domains list. Usually /etc/virtual/domains.
