connection tot he server has failed ...

Every once in a while I get this error from outlook:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.example.com'. Server: 'mail.example.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I have a client reporting this problem too. After you get the error, you can send/receive again and it works fine.

Any ideas where I can look to track the cause of this down?
