squirrelmail plugin issues

So i have squirrelmail 1.4.6 and am configuring some plugins more importantly I have installed mailbox_usage http://www.squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=240

and I now I am getting this error.

any help? I am beyond a PHP Noob

Server is running:
# uname -mrs
FreeBSD 6.0-RELEASE i386

You shouldn't have to change any squirrelmail code; if I were you I'd report this to the squirrelmail community; you might want to start here.
