2Qs: Gobal Hosting setting? Server Mail switch?

2 quick questions:

Is there a way to globally set storage space and bandwidth that has been provided to me by my dedicated server provider?

I'm in the process of transferring my domain to point to my new server. When the DNS is changed, my mail will also be redirected to the server, right?

I'm not sure what you mean. Can you restate it? Are you trying to tell the server to stop after it sends a certain amount of bandwidth? I don't know what you mean by storage space; the server won't allow you to save anything after it uses up all the space.

In general, yes. There are so many reasons why DNS may not do this for you, without knowing the domain name it's hard to say.
