problem with httpd

hello ihave problem with httpd i do restart to httpd and get this error:

root@server ~]# service httpd restart
Stopping httpd: [FAILED]
Starting httpd: httpd: bad user name xxxx
[FAILED]


what can i do??/

Make sure that user/account is still one your clients. If not, remove it from your httpd.conf file and restart httpd.

i fixed problem i remove all user from admin level> show all user
