I have a question about setting up subdomains for my website. I want two different things:
1) I want all subdomains to be automatically be forwarded to the index file in the root of my website. I used the knowledge base to set this up, and this works fine: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=127
2) I also want to be able to set up a few custom domains manually, in a way that they point to a seperate folder in my document structure. (e.g admin.mydomain.com should point to /admin). When I use the subdomain feature in the user level of Direct Admin, this part doesn't work, probably because it is overridden by the httpd.conf settings.
Is there a way to achieve this situation?
