Admin backups or user backups

Recently i had to restore a large number of users to a different
da server. And Everything went very smooth, no errors what so ever.
I wonder is it save to use the admin level backups in stead of the user level
backups? I have only one or two reseller on my server which contains al the user accounts.

Reseller backups work well if you recreate the resellers on the new server first. I've never tried the admin level reseller backups but I'll be trying them within the next week or two.

Perhaps someone else can respond.
