accessing pop3 email

You can open the file on the command line or transfer it to your computer and open it or use Webmin to open it.

If you have switched to Dovecot I am not sure because I have not used it.
 
Dovecot saves emails in individual files; it makes some admin functions easier, others harder. But all in all it makes the server a lot more efficient.
