I get to see an error reading file message when i try to delete an administrator account.
First time when i tried to delete it, it gave me a time out error. To avoid that error to repeat i raised the timeout to 600 seconds in the admin settings.
When opening the show admins page, next to the admins name now appears the message "Error reading File" and i can't delete the account.
In the server stats page, the domains, emails etc. still seem to be active somehow.

# of MySQL DBs 5 0

Ftp Accounts 7 0
Also the databases are not deleted from /var/lib/mysql.
How do i fix this issue?
Edit: restoring a backup doesn't help. It stops restoring after a few minutes and it outputs this error message in the error log:
