XPM Support required,JIS-mapped Japanese Font Support required

Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to fix this?

Can you give more detailed information? What have you tried, what errors do you get? Have you tried anything at all?

Here is my problem :

When I try to install software on my server it gives the following and will not let proceed to install.

How do I install or turn on Japanese Font Support?
