Webalizer Error. Centos 5.2

I am getting this

/etc/cron.daily/00webalizer:

/usr/bin/webalizer: /usr/local/lib/libpng12.so.0: no version information available
(required by /usr/lib/libgd.so.2)


centos 5.2, directadmin 1.323 custombuild.

Anyone? i have searched the site and even tried downloading the binarys from /services/es_5.0/webalizer but still get the same issue?
 
I did find that page through Google and I did try that. Still having the same libpng, even after I installed it and made the link to it.
