Exim RBL cache -- how to clear?

I'm having a tricky problem. My server's IP was erroneously placed on the Spamhaus list and has since been removed about 3 weeks ago.

The problem is that when trying to send mail from one account to another on the same server, it gets bounced as a Spamhaus block. In other words, my server won't accept email from itself because it thinks it's still on the Spamhaus list (even though I've verified that it isn't).

How can I get Exim to clear its RBL cache?

There is no RBL cache. If you are still getting the error then you are still in Spamhaus.

Are you sure? I've Googled around a bit and found several references to RBL cache. According to Spamhaus, my IPs are clean (although they WERE blacklisted briefly a couple weeks ago).

Most users aren't having any trouble. It's just this one particular user. Any other thoughts or ideas?

DirectAdmin doesn't have an RBL cache. Exactly what error message are you getting? Post it.

Well, the error is just the standard bounce mail from a server rejecting on the basis of Spamhaus listings.

But anyway, the problem seems to have cured itself now. Thanks for your help :)
