Source Release SpamBlocker Plugin

Ladies / Gents,

As this was my first plugin and my first attempt at programming in PHP this plugin is not coded to any standards...

As I am finding it more and more difficult to find the time to support these older versions of the plugins I am releasing it to everyone who wants to use it for their own systems and my wish is that this be picked up as a community project...

Yes, the site is broken.

The site will be back up when I've replaced the power supply in the server. Will happen in the next week or two.
