Custom HTTPD Configurations?

Is there any way to get custom HTTPD configurations for all new custumers i DA?
For example I want to use mod_bandwith and want it´s HTTPD configurations automactly created when I create a new custumer/account...

In admin section I can do this with seperate domain´s but I want it to be applied for new accounts too...
