Hi everyone.

I have recently moved all my users to a new server and everythign seems to be going fine. However this morning one of my users went over there mailbox quota.

They begged for some more temporary storage so I went to add it for them.
After I have changed the quota under email address etc, the confirmation screen shows me my new quota. However when I go back into the email page I see the old quota.

I have refereshed / cleared cache on my browser so it's not that. Does anyone have any input? I've attempted to change other users quotas and I get the same results.

Thanks for your time

Simon

Hello,

dovecot or vm-pop3d? I tested on both systems here but couldn't duplicate it.

Note that if you use this feature:
http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=642

Making changes will have a delay in updating the cache, as it would only get updated is the cache is older than 10 minutes.

If you're not using it, then check:
/etc/virtual/domain.com/quota

to see if the new quota was set. Also check to see if you have a usage.cache file in that directory as well. You can delete the usage.cache file to test things out. (DA will notice an re-create it.. if you've got that above feature turned on)

This is a dovecot system ... we're now experiencing it on two centos 5.3/latest da servers.

If you want login information John, I'll be happy to supply
