iPhone setup

Hey, I am having trouble with my iPhone setup for some reason. I have my gMail and Yahoo accounts running fine, but for some reason can't get this one to work. Can anyone help me out? Here is my configuration:

Account: ON
Name: Steve from The Orchard
Address: [email protected]
Description: Orchard

Incoming Mail Server Host Name: mail.orchardellijay.com
User Name: orchardell (user name assigned to me)
Password: ******

Outgoing Mail Server SMTP: mail.orchardellijay.com

This account verifies as working, but I never can actually receive mail. I have sent several test emails, and HAVE been receiving them on my desktop client.

I have deleted and re-typed all this info on the phone multiple times.

Any good thoughts?

Try using your complete email address for your user name.
