Ability to customize what the user backup tool does

It seems there is no template that would allow us to select what is included when a users backs up his files or emails. That could lead to questions being asked by users because the default behavior is to include files that don't exist on all servers running DA.

Per example, when a user backs up his email data, folders like squirrelmail and webmail are created. We don't need those since we don't use those webmails.
