export email accounts and mail from Cpanel to DirectAdmin

Hello all,

I'm moving my website from one webhost to another. My current host uses cpanel and my new host uses directadmin. I asked my new host if it is posible to export my cpanel mail accounts and e-mail massages to Directadmin. they didn't know for sure.

Do you guys know if this is possible and if so, how can this be done? And what doe I of my new webhost need to do to make this happen? Losing e-mail is not an option for me.

Use the cpanel to directadmin conversion tool. Search this forum for it.

Can I use the tool? I've got a reseller account. Or does the tool have to be run by the hoster directly on the server?
