can't change Skins!

Hi

i have problem with changing skins, each time i try to change skin from Import / Manage Skins and click on apply to all users , i get this error:

Error Applying Skin
Unable to read nloriginal's user files

i google it but nothing found, someone can guide me please?

/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/<USERNAME> permissions are wrong somewhere
