Can't receive email form default email address

Can't receive email from default email address

Hello All,

My customer can't receive any email from his account.

My server name is ns1,ns2.aaa.com, when I add the new domain such as bbb.com with user bbb. DA will set up the default email account name bbb with the same passwd of DA account.

The problem is, I can use this email account 'bbb' to send out email to any people, but when people reply mail to [email protected], I cant get any email.

The return message is

Why it didn't sent to [email protected]?

Does bbb.com receive email? It doesn't have an mx record.

Without real information there's no way to help you.

Yesss bbb.com can receive email and has mx record.

The problem is only the default email as the same username of this domain.
