I get this Error Message if i try sending mails to hotmail oder live.
Has anyone a solution?

I get the same error if i use Port 587.

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<(removed)> SIZE=2889:
host mx3.hotmail.com [65.54.188.72]: 550 SC-002 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. The mail server IP connecting to Windows Live Hotmail has exhibited namespace mining behavior. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Port 587 is not a general port for transferring emails between servers. Port 587 is a submission port; it's to be used only for sending email to your own mailserver so your mailserver can send it to other mailservers.

"exhibited namespace mining behavior" means that the IP from which you're sending email has been known to do dictionary attacks on servers. If you haven't, and it's your IP# then you should contact the Hotmail Postmaster to resolve the isunderstanding. Their link address is in the quote from hotmail you included in your post.
