I am running DirectAdmin over CentOS. This server has been running good for the past 3 months. Recently we received complaints from spam authority that spam mails are going out from our server. Our server IP is blacklisted. After hours of troubleshooting on exim log files, i managed to find out the particular email account that's sending out spam mails. For some reasons the email account id and password has been known to spammers and they make use of this email account to spam others.

I am wondering is there any ways to prevent this (prevent or at least limit spam mails from going out the server) in future? Currently I am using latest ConfigServer Security & Firewall - csf v4.86, with default security level set to 'Medium'. Spamassassin is active, with low threshold 5.0, block all spam scoring higher than 8.0.

Hope someone can give some hint or point me to the right sources to prevent similar cases in future.
