I did email to support team, but they didnt reply,

and i want to live chat with directadmin.

but it always shows that operator are offline.

Please

i want to transfer DNS from here another hosting.

I changed NS from current to new hosting.

did i do correct ?

What? Directadmin is not your hosting provider. It is only a control panel.

and then i deleted old NS

If yes then still not pointing to new DNS,

You need to make the change at your registrar.
