hello

i have a adrees [email protected]
in my user in reselerr

from this adress send many many mails out from server of spam
A lot of email every minute spam

How do I block that address that will not send
 
Just suspend the user. If your user is spamming you owe it to the rest of the Internet to not host him, so you should contact him and get him to fix the problem or mend his ways.

i suspend him to chek 1 day and the mail dont stop on queue
and i move him to new name and new account and this dont stop
 
There's no easy way to figure out why the spam is happening. I'd recommend you hire someone who has experience with this sort of problem.
