Trying to add Ip's but get errors

Hi,

I've got a clean install of DA on a new server - set my server's domain, trying to add IP's via admin panel to set nameservers and get this error each time I try and add an IP

IP already exists on eth0

Bearing in mind I'm completely new at this - any pointers?

EDIT: Thought I'd point out that it hasn't actually stopped me from adding the IP addresses - however I'm concerned things may go wrong if it was throwing up the error in the first place??

Anyone?

i've had the same problem, but the IPs do get added and I haven't seen any problems.

Hello,

If you get that message, then it means the IP has already been added to your network device (manually added before DA). As long as the IP is added to DA, the IP should end up in the network device one way or another so there wouldn't be much to worry about

You're right, the IP's seem fine, domain names resolving etc and no problems. Thanks!
