Ftp functions via API?

Hello, I was looking at api functions but do not see create/update/delete FTP account ann also could not find update database users password.

We are planing to rebuild our web site and want to use api. But above functions are important and missing.

Any idea? Api does not seem to be rich. Is there any 3rd party or something to use? Is that api commads list updated? http://www.directadmin.com/api.html
