CNAME alias?

how do i create an alias for my domain with CNAME

i want to use web.me.com as the "www" CNAME for www.mydomain.com

how do i do this with my website registrar ???

you help is appreciated!

•Go to your registrar's website. Define web.me.com as the "www" CNAME (alias) for your domain.

From your DirectAdmin login, click on DNS. (Where that is depends on which skin you're using; if you can't find it check with your hosting company; they may not have DNS control turned on.

Then remove the A record for www, and replace it with a CNAME record for www.

Once you've made changes to DNS you're on your own; it's now your responsibility to maintain your DNS zone and you're responsible for any DNS errors/issues.
