Hello good nights first a web translator forgives for my Englishman eh secondhand.

I have the following series of problems with debian 5.0.6.

After installing directadmin and activating the quotegroup and the usergroup inside the partition home goes out for me the following thing. It on the one hand.
<b>Error with system Quotas</b>
setquota: Mountpoint (or device) /home not found or has no quota enabled.
setquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.

<a href='http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=42'>Debug Guide</a>

Mi table partition:
/dev/sda1 on / type ext4 (rw,errors=remount-ro)
tmpfs on /lib/init/rw type tmpfs (rw,nosuid,mode=0755)
proc on /proc type proc (rw,noexec, nosuid, nodev)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw,noexec, nosuid, nodev)
udev on /dev type tmpfs (rw,mode=0755)
tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw,nosuid, nodev)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,noexec,nosuid,gid=5,mode=620)
/dev/sda2 on /home type ext4 (rw,usrquota,grpquota)
change directadmin config "quota_partition=/home"

But the problem persists on having thrown /usr/sbin/repquota /home
repquota: Mountpoint (or device) /home not found or has no quota enabled.
repquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.

"mi /etc/fstab"
omega:~# vi /etc/fstab
# <sys.fichiers><pt de montage><type> <options> <dump> <pass>
/dev/sda1 / ext4 errors=remount-ro 1 1
/dev/sda2 /home ext4 defaults,usrquota,grpquota 1 1
/dev/sda3 swap swap defaults 0 0
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
sysfs /sys sysfs defaults 0 0

help me plis

Then I have problems with the servant mysqld and the servant named that me does not solve anything does not exist the folder var/named estan the zones in/etc/bind

Podrian to help myself?

If you use ext4 with Lenny, try to install new version of 'quota' package.
it might help

I use the last version of quota stablly of debian leny is quota_3.16-7_i386.deb

I do not use a servant dedicated in ovh the demas problems as the resolution of names failures of mysql and some things mas already I throw this one only lacking me that not as arranging the problem of the quotas

The reason I ask about whether you are on a vps is because sometimes quotas have to be enabled by the host.

You will find the solution faster if you answer the questions we ask you.

floyd, he use dedicated server, vps doesn't have /dev/sdX or udev

all problems with quotas he got because he use ext4 with Lenny (Debian 5.0.6), imho

When i tried to use ext4 with standart lenny kernel - quota doesn't work.
After upgrading kernel to 2.6.32 and recompile quota package from squeeze source - all working fine.
