Message System

Where does it say it's enabled? The text with the tickbox always says it, but it can be checked or not of course. As admin (or I guess reseller) you can always send a ticket to someone, but clients cannot if disabled. Have you tested it under a client (not user level under admin)?
 
So, what would cause this?

I'd edit the templates, but as they get updated when DA does, kind of time consuming re-editing them.

To add, I think we should also disable it via the conf file, with a setting for an external url too (like the help icon).

Ok, so it works in a weird way, when you go to CMD_TICKET_CREATE, it displays the message and link.... How bizarre..... I would've thought it'll be on the CMD_TICKET in replace of the "Create Ticket" link.
