PHP file upload going wrong, 0kb or errors from Wordpress

I can't upload files with PHP, all files are empty 0kb when i try to upload it with a simple php script. I also tested it in Wordpress with errors. Wordpress says that its possible that post_max_size is smaller than max_file_size ( but both are 20MB! ). Does anyone recognize this problem?

My tmp folder was the problem, it was completely full. After a reboot everything went fine :) thnx
 
Probably, you'll want to use tmpwatch or lower time values in there to clear periodically your tmp dirs.
