Hi jlasman,Thank you
I need a simple explanation..Iam Afraid of any fatal error..

1)Check your disk space.i Attached image..that what mean? my space is 2x500

2) Review filesystem quotas(i Attached image..that look ok)?

3) I'd assume if you're reading this article, Apache has stopped running. Run this command as root:
Code:
# ipcs -s

i see a list of semaphores, to Clear them out with this command:
I tried placing this command, but there is still much! do i need to type the command like this?

Code:
# for i in `ipcs -s | awk '/httpd/ {print $2}'`; do (ipcrm -s $i); done

i've Add this to /etc/sysctl.conf:
------------------------
kernel.msgmni = 1024
kernel.sem = 250 256000 32 1024
------------------------
you sure this will not Destroy any thing?

thank you man:)

Please see and follow this link [carlosrivero.com] hope it helps

Hi Peter,
So this line or command will fix the problem (Follow command need edit?)

Code:
ipcs -s | grep apache | perl -e 'while (<STDIN>) { @a=split(/\s+/); print `ipcrm sem $a[1]`}'

wait for your replay!
thank you,

Code:
ipcs -s | grep apache | perl -e 'while (<STDIN>) { @a=split(/\s+/); print `ipcrm sem $a[1]`}'
should help, even fix it.

What distro is it? CentOS?

Do you still want my help? If so, hit me up on WLM

Hi,
I found this good website which explain some of the reasons that may be causing the problem
I have done all the tests, and data were successfully!
When I arrived to the following test:
Check for port 80 and 443
Code:
# netstat -tulpn
# netstat -tulpn | grep
# netstat -tulpn | grep ':80'

This was the result:
Code:
[root@server ~]# netstat -tulpn

you can see there is two things use port 80 and 443
Code:
tcp        0      0 :::80                       :::*                        LISTEN      3210/httpd
tcp        0      0 :::443                      :::*                        LISTEN      3210/httpd

in that site he said: If other process using port 80 / 443, you need to stop them or assign another port to Apache.
how can i do that please??
