When you create one user with mail only, these user is only one virtual user or is one real system user with one entry in passwd file?

Is there any way of have users who only can access webmail w/o control panel access?

Same username in different domain is feasible?

TIA

Domain "users" (domain administrators, with control panel access), resellers, admins, and ftp users, are the only users in the system /etc/passwd file.

All other email users are virtual users in separate files per domain.

Just set up email boxes within a domain; they won't have any other kind of access.

Sure. DirectAdmin can have the same username over and over again, as long as it's no more than once per domain.
