I create user it error this

I will use openvz in my Dedicated Server.
 
What partitions do you have?

Type:

df

From what I read on other threads you might have to ask your hosting provider to enable quota support on your vps.

I will resolve this issue complate This issue is for new kernel OpenVZ Stable0.91.1
