Permission problem under /home directory

Hello all,

I have a permission problem under /home directory some accounts.for example ;

drwx--x--x 8 xuser xuser 4096 Jun 15 2010 yuser

I can't change with chown command, How can I fix this ? Under /home directory over 10 account have the same problem.

They are owned by the wrong user?

 ./set_permissions email
 ./set_permissions user_homes

As far as I know that should have helped.
