Problems with disk space

Hi all!

I'm having the following issue:

A particular user shows that he is using almost all his assigned disk space, but when I calculate the real amount connected through SSH to the server, I obtain that he shouldn't be using more than 3 Gb (his total space is 9GB)

I triyed updating the data from DA control panel, but no luck.

Do you have any ideas?
