Does support answer anyone? I can’t get an answer to my question since Wednesday, my customers are waiting. The support is silent, I’ve written several times
 
They haven’t answered me yet
In total there are two licenses which have not been working since the 23th
 
Where is hosted email from which you emailed them? I'd believe the problem is on your side (of course if you used the form suggested by Andrea).
 
We’ve sent them by post, via gmail, I think they don’t have troubles, right?
We’ve sent them using their form but with no answer as well
 
I have two servers which aren’t being used since the 23th
Who will compensate that?
Or I should write to billing for a chargeback?
 
The forums is not the right place to ask such questions. Note, I do not work for Directadmin, I am a directadmin user and administrator, the same are the others here. So I don't know how else can I help you.
