Moving Resellers and Accounts between servers

Hello,

I just configured a new servers and tested a Reseller move including user accounts, with the Admin/Backup Restore function to the new servers.

I didn't had any problems and the WebSites are running on the new server.

Now i wanted to add a new Package to the user and i couldn't select any package.
When i create a new user in the same reseller i can select the package.

Anyone know what the problem can be?

And does your reseller has any packages for users?

Yes,
Like i stated i can create a new user and select a package.
But when i edit the restored user, which came for the other server i can't select any.

Just to be sure,
1. check that the correct reseller is set as a creator of the user.
2. check that you create a new user from name of the same reseller which is set as a creator of the user.
