Remote mail server and Reverse DNS errors

I am using a second DA machine to act as a mail server for one of my domains. I have the A record set to redirect to the mail server, and generally mail is operating properly.
However, we are seeing a lot of 550 errors with mail being rejected due to a lack of Reverse DNS records.

I am trying to set up PTR records for the domain on the mail server, but can find little available to assist in getting it right.

Currently the primary server where the site resides is at 12.46.47.201
The mail server is at 65.18.198.93

I understand the PTR record should look something like:
201.46.47.12.in-addr.arpa. PTR www.domainname.com.

Or is it 93.198.18.65.in-addr.arpa. PTR www.domainname.com.?

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong here?

Thanks in advance.....

Unless your isp has delegated your reverse dns authority you cannot set ptr records. Most of the time you have to contact your hosting provider to set a ptr record.

Is this your company or your hosting provider.

198.18.65.in-addr.arpa. 86400 IN NS NS2.HOST4U.NET.
198.18.65.in-addr.arpa. 86400 IN NS NS.HOST4U.NET.

That is our hosting provider for that machine. I will contact them. Thanks.
