Electronic Mail support?

Hello.

Like this shows a list of emails sent to DirectAdmin, and they do not respond to e-mails.

Why is "DirectAdmin Support" listed under the "From" column in your sent items? It seems strange to me, should it not be YOUR email that is under det "From" column?
 
Yes, but did you send them a link to this thread in safesubmit? If not, then do that. Also, if you like, send me a pm, and I can give you my email address and you can send a email to me, then we can test if it is something wrong with your email.

Why is "Froum"? Because it's selected "Sent Items" if you see the menu on the left. So is this webmail. If you select as your inbox will appear.

I received both of your emails. However, something is wrong with your mx records. Please check your email domain name here: http://www.intodns.com/ You will then get this:

MX Records	Oh well, I did not detect any MX records so you probably don't have any and if you know you should have then they may be missing at your nameservers!

Also when check your email address at http://www.websitepulse.com/help/testtools.emailvalidation-test.html it give this result:

Status:	Invalid MX record.

And another test with your email address here http://mailtester.com/testmail.php give this result:
Code:
Invalid mail domain. The domain is invalid or no mail server was found for it

When I check you email domain name here http://mxtoolbox.com/ it give result: "No Results Found"

So, you don't have any mx records. Also when I check if you domain has any SPF record, it does not. I test here: http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html with your domain and it say this

No valid SPF record found of either type TXT or type SPF.

So there is plenty wrong with your email. I did get your emails, but do not expect that anybody else get your emails.

Please sign up for a privat gmail.com address (if you not already has one), and send your email to DirectAdmin support from your private Gmail.com adresse, not from your own email address at your own domain.

Also I have now replied to both of the test emails you sent me. Did you get my replies? I guess not ... Anyway, something is very wrong with your email, please send email to DirectAdmin Support from a gmail.com address instead.
 
I sent email previously on the same platform and the same, I changed nothing and reached her. + Why I used safesubmit that is their website, which means they must have got my message.

Anyway, it does not matter. Your email is broken. Do not use it. Use another one that is not broken.

If you DNS are messed up you cant blame DA Staff cause you dont get their emails, maybe they did reply asking about something and didnt change the IP, you cannot know.

Provide you domain instead of keeping oscuring it for further checks (but i still think the checks made by ditto are pretty enough).

I checked in the client area of the DA and I see all the old IP, I have changed with the new IP.
 
So DirectAdmin Support has changed your IP, and the problem is solved? If so, I am happy for you. But please make sure you fix your problem with MX records before next time you send DirectAdmin Support a email.

No, still not resolved what I said. From October 6, still waiting to fix the problem. DirectAdmin client area is still the old IP. I need to change my ip ... but have not yet done.
 
As i sayd, maybe they replied for have information or for inform you about a problem.. whatever is the reason of the No-Change, you will not receive any email untill you fix your DNS.

Did you check your mail logs for the period since October 6? Did you fix your issue with MX records?
 
I think I did well not explicit.

1. I sent 10 emails per domain.
2. I sent 2 other emails from at hosting / domain
3. We have now sent one email from gmail.com
4. I sent 5 messages on their website: https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php since 8 October
5. I called the phone number: 587-784-5162 (Canada - JBMC Software), and the phone was always closed .. whether it was morning, evening or night.
6. I wrote on the forum and sent and PM by DirectAdmin Support & Sales.

And all this no answer or a solution.

still i am not able to find any comment from administrator
i think post is going long and long now admin should look into this
