Hello,

Could perhaps someone help me with this ?

I have a "domain.com" working perfectly, with mails directed/handled by Google Apps.
I also have a "domain.eu" pointing to "domain.com". Both web sites are OK.

However, when someone send a mail to [email protected], it is always rejected: "The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 authentication required (state 13)" or "Delivery to the following recipients failed".

Any idea on how to solve this ?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH in advance for any help!
Have a nice weekend,

Paul

Found !

Sorry to have disturbed you, I've found myself the answer:

In fact, I wrongly assumed (from where ?) that with a domain pointer, every settings were immediately and automatically inherited from the main domain, which is in fact wrong.

Indeed, the DNS settings have to be made into the (obvious...) "Manage DNS" settings of the domain pointer, which I forgot, because I did the "pointer" a while ago, before setting up Google Apps on the main domain...

Have a nice weekend,
Cheers,

Paul
