reseller.admin.USER.tar.gz - no users!

the reseller.admin.USER.tar.gz backup does not contains any users created by the reseller (or others)!

How did you create the backup? Are you sure there are users directly under the admin user. Make sure when you do the backup that you check the boxes for all the users you want to backup. Be careful on what you actually selected when you ran the backup.

pretty easy to reproduce:
1. create a new reseller, let's call him res1
2. login to res1.
3. create a client under res1, let's call it user1
4. logout res1 (back into admin)
5. go to admin backupt/restore
6. select the reseller.
7. start backup
8. delete reseller res1
9. confirm all res1 users will be deleted.
10. restore res1 from the backup you created in step7.
11. reseller res1 is back online (with all its websites/domains) without any user under it!

am I the only one checking the client's backups once in a while to see this has never been fixed...?

No you're probably the only one having this problem.
We just moved to another server and made admin backups (also from resellers) and had no problem losing resellers users after restoring.
