bandwidth monitoring

I have a vps with 50 domains on it of different bandwidth.
I want to monitor bandwidth usage per domain/user account.
Number of domain account increases and decreases as per requirement.

In this case you might need to hire somebody to write a plugin for you. Of course you might want to write on your own if you;ve got enough skills.

Can you clarify exactly what you're looking for?
If you just want to see the bandwidth that a domain is using, DA already counts a domain's bandwidth.
If you set a cap for a domain, DA will suspend that domain once the limit has been reached (User Level -> Domain Setup -> domain.com -> bandwidth)

However, if you're needing an action to be performed once a certain limit has been reached, then as zEitEr mentioned, that would be more a job for a plugin and/or API script.
eg: increase the bandwidth limit, if the usage reaches a certain point.
