Any one know from where to download russian, turkish, spanish, french language pack for centOS 5.8?

Yes.
I need language pack so that I can read files of any language (french, spanish etc.)

There is no official releases, as far as I know.
But you might try to find some of them from 3rd parties here http://forum.directadmin.com/forumdisplay.php?f=77

ok. I have checked that 3rd party language pack link but didn't get the download link for desired language packs.
Without language pack, the files in public_html is showing junk characters.
So to read data in public_html I need language pack.

I'm guessing you're talking about national characters. So it's rather Charset Encoding (LANG_ENCODING) issue I'd say.

LANG_ENCODING in lt_standard.html file is already iso-8859-1.

I want it to display file / folder (data) in public_html properly if its not in english.
For example, File in other language is showing unreadable characters if its not in english.
Due to this I am not able to enter into that folder nor copy move functions read that file name.
